Orders & Enquiries
Orders can be placed on this website with payment by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club card and American Express. Card details are taken online securely and encrypted for transmission to our offices for processing offline. Prices given online for personalisation services and delivery are estimates only. You will be advised of the final cost of your order by email. Your card will not be debited until orders are dispatched. Please telephone us to arrange for payment by cheque or BACs. To make an online enquiry click on the Customer Services link at the top of the page to send an email. Alternatively use our 'Call Back' service to have an account manager telephone you at your convenience.
Use the telephone number at the top of the page to speak to one of our Account Managers. They will be pleased to help you with your selection and can advise on all aspects of engraving, embossing, gift wrapping and delivery. We can arrange for payment by cheque and BACs, as well as credit card. Alternatively, start your order online by selecting gifts on the website and adding them to your basket. From here choose to 'Send Order to an Account Manager.' One of our representatives will call you back to help complete your order.

How Much Does it Cost?
The prices shown on this website are the listed corporate prices and exclude VAT. All orders are processed in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). Prices in other currencies shown on the website are converted using a recent exchange rate. There is no minimum order, although all orders under £100 must be settled by credit card. Discounts are available on large orders and for Corporate Account holders, details of which can be discussed with your account manager. Delivery costs are dependant on quantity, weight, volume, destination and method of carriage. UK next day delivery costs are provided online. You will be advised by email of costs of International orders placed online. Account managers are also able to provide an estimate when you place a telephone order. You will be advised of the actual costs before dispatch.
Free Gift Advisory & Sample Service
Due to our extensive experience in the Corporate Gift Market we can offer you free advice. If you are unsure about which gifts to choose, what gifts are available to fit your budget or even if you are uncertain about delivery timescales, we can help. Just tell us your criteria, and we will provide you with a range of exceptional products to meet your requirements.
We are pleased to dispatch samples on approval for your consideration at our own cost. Samples are loaned out to you free of charge for a period of seven days, after which they need to be returned, unless agreed by prior arrangement. Samples that are not returned within the agreed time scales will automatically be invoiced at the listed brochure price.

Special Corporate Rate Scheme
The prices shown on the website are unit costs for individual items.We do however, operate a Special Corporate Rate Scheme for customers, offering an initial discount for orders placed over £1,000. Once you have placed your initial order, your company automatically gains Corporate Account status, and entitled to further discounts on all items purchased by anyone in the company during the course of the year. The higher the level of spend, the greater the discount offered. For further information on how to join our Special Corporate Rate Scheme, just contact us, and we will provide you with information of the levels of discount available.
Customised Gift Wrapping Service
Everyone loves the excitement of receiving and unwrapping a gift. To ensure your customer feels they are getting something really special, all Aquascutum gifts come beautifully packaged and presented in our luxurious navy blue and gold boxes, tied with a satin ribbon. This free gift-wrapping service is part of our commitment in providing you with an unrivalled service. We also offer a customised gift-wrapping service creating bespoke boxes and or ribbons in your own corporate colours or livery. Engraving, Etching & Embossing Service
Most of our gifts can be engraved, embossed or etched with your company's logo, personalised message or inscription.
Our etching and engraving service is one of the best ways to personalise a gift or mark a special occasion, providing a lasting reminder of thoughtfulness. You can engrave a silver gift with a company logo or crest, initials or a name, or even a commemorative message.
We can also intricately etch a piece of pure crystal to honour an achievement or event, or gilt or blind emboss leather goods to create a unique customised gift. To view the range of options available please refer to our Services and Information.
Our charges for gift personalisation are as follows:
Logos, sets of initials and full names - £10.00 per item. Additional wording costs £1.00 per word. There is a one-off set up charge of £80.00 to create a new logo.
Logos, and text - £15.00 per item. Additional wording is free of charge. There is a one-off set up charge of £80.00 to create artwork for each etching.
Logos, and additional text - £10.00 per item. Additional wording is free of charge. There is a one off set up charge of £80.00 to create a blocking die.

Delivery
Delivery is available to anywhere in the UK and the world. The cost of delivery is dependent on destination, weight and method of shipment.
Any fragile item such as glass or crystal can only be despatched by courier.
Any items below 20kg sent by courier in the UK will cost:
- Courier (Delivery before 18:00) £18.00
- Courier (Delivery before Noon) £25.00

Any item that requires personalisation such as engraving, etching or embossing will take longer to produce and deliver. Just contact us to find out the timescales involved in creating these personalised items.
Deliveries can be arranged to offices anywhere in the world, and we are happy to ship outside of the UK. The costs of these types of deliveries vary and are dependent on destination, weight and method of shipment. We will respond immediately with an exact cost for overseas deliveries based on items required. However Aquascutum Corporate Gifts will not be responsible for any import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges, and as such theses will not be included in our delivery charge.
